Easy-Peasy Fall & Winter Activity Challenges Welcome to the off-season activity challenge, where the goal is to keep us in shape, active, and looking like it's 2022. Yes, injuries and even deaths through exercise have been reported, but honestly, none of them were really that serious. Pro Tip: The key to completing these challenges is to do them before your brain realizes what's happening Instructions: Who Can Participate? Every player, siblings, parent, and even your slightly confused pet are welcome to join in. Yes, we’re looking at you, Mr./Ms. Poopie or Puky. Tracking Totals: How to Track Your Progress: If you want to keep track of your progress (or just prove you actually did something), you’ll need a UserCode. Please contact me for your personalized user name & code, which also grants you bragging rights. Logging Your Workouts: After you've dragged yourself through a workout, enter your UserCode to log your effort. Totals will be tracked at both the Challenge and Daily workout level, so you can see exactly how much closer you are to becoming slightly more buffed. Point System: Earn Points, Claim Glory. Each daily workout is part of a larger Challenge and comes with a point system. The more difficult the workout, the more points you earn. Think of it as a video game, but with less sitting and definitely more cursing. How to Submit Workouts: You can submit one specific daily workout per day. For example, if you do Workout 1 on Monday, you can repeat it on Tuesday or until you are comfortable to move on to the next day. You can also mix things up and do Workout 1 and Workout 2 on Monday. But sorry, no double-dipping—Workout 1 can only be submitted once per day, no matter how many times you do it (though we applaud your enthusiasm).
