Twelve Groveeteers took their talents, along with some equipment and often undervalued caretakers, on an excursion to a land called Newmarket.
Where is this place, you might ask?
Start from any street. Head north.
Turn slightly right, follow the rain clouds, and continue north for an hour.
Once you pass a place called ‘Gas, Bar & Donuts,’ you’re 15 minutes away.
The Newmarket Hawks are the cream of the crop in the ‘A’ base running and ball hitting universe.

Their secret sauce is to tire and frustrate visiting opponents with their travel itinerary, muddy field, and then exploit their errors.
The traveling Soxers kept the game close, behind Finn's and Gavin’s pitching.
Each gave up only 2 runs as the birds of prey capitalized on a couple timely fielding hiccups.
Hitting was more difficult to come by, with only five Grove-Keepers registering a single each, except for Dimitri, who hit a double.
On defence the boys turned two outstanding double plays.
Another very close and entertaining affair against the number 1 team.
The Martin squad can hang with anyone in the league when they don’t beat themselves.
